Brexit and the British Constitution di Claudio Martinelli affronta l’an e il quomodo della scelta intrapresa dal Regno Unito nel 2016 di separarsi dall’Unione europea, nel quadro di un constitutional moment ricco di importanza storica, con profonde implicazioni politiche e giuridiche, nonché conseguenze socioeconomiche e geostrategiche ancora da definire. Nella sua analisi l’Autore, partendo dalle radici, offre uno spaccato completo e al contempo scientificamente rigoroso delle implicazioni prodotte dalla Brexit sulla British Constitution, fornendo al lettore altresì gli strumenti con approcciarsi, leggere ed interpretare le future dinamiche relazionali fra UK e UE.
